Hard-copy Reprinting Permission Fee
.75 per copy ($15 minimum) for hard-copy reprinting (on-demand type), usually spiral-bound, small quantities
If published in a book - fee based on size of print run:
Minimum fee: $150

On-line Permission Fee
Fee based on number of individuals accessing the article on an in-house basis, as below:
$50 per semester for 1-50 students
$75 per semester for 51-100 students
$100 per semester for 101-150 students
$125 per semester for 151-200 students, and so on.
